A large office building that sits in the historic Five Points district of Birmingham, Alabama, One Highland Place is a 54,435-square-foot office building complex sitting on about 2.5 acres of land and now is the home of the new Stone River Property Management. The design was focused around the strength of the brand and seeks to accomplish their mission to create exceptional experiences. Stone River acquires, develops and manages multifamily real estate developments across a dozen states in the Southeast including industrial and warehouse, land, multifamily, office and retail assets.
